We conducted 1 Card Sorting to reveal how users categorized information, and 9 rounds of tree testing to evaluate the findability of the content in the proposed site structures. There are over 2,400 pages on statefarm.com (excluding micro-sites). The recommendation in this report tailor how to gain control the pages and increase find-ability in the proposed site structure.
